Legal Notice & Terms of Use

Revelio ("the Service") is a software tool that helps you analyze product information you supply and produce draft marketing assets from it: short-form videos, still images, narration, captions, publish copy, and card-news slides. Generation is performed by third-party AI models reached through OpenRouter and by open-source media tooling. Revelio does not review, approve, or publish any asset on your behalf.

New accounts receive a one-time trial of free credits. An account can be suspended or rejected at any time for violating this notice. Usage is metered in credits according to the pricing shown inside the Service at the time of each request.

You are responsible for everything you upload or type into the Service: product pages, images, reference photos, scenario text, clip directions, campaign briefs, influencer descriptions, and names. You represent that you have the right to use that material and to have it processed by third-party AI providers.

Do not upload images of real, identifiable people unless you hold the rights and consents required to use their likeness in advertising. AI influencer identities produced by the Service are fictional and must not be presented as real people.

ALL CONTENT CREATED WITH THE SERVICE IS CREATED AT YOUR DIRECTION. YOU, THE USER WHO GENERATES IT, ARE SOLELY AND FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW THAT CONTENT IS USED, PUBLISHED, DISTRIBUTED, OR MONETIZED, AND FOR ITS COMPLIANCE WITH EVERY LAW, REGULATION, PLATFORM RULE, AND THIRD-PARTY RIGHT THAT APPLIES IN EACH JURISDICTION WHERE IT IS USED.

Without limiting the above, it is your responsibility to determine and ensure that generated content complies with:

• Cosmetics and consumer-product advertising rules, including restrictions on medical, therapeutic, functional, or efficacy claims (for example the Korean Cosmetics Act and MFDS guidance, the US FTC Act and FDA rules, EU Regulation 1223/2009, and equivalent rules elsewhere).
• Advertising disclosure rules for sponsored, paid, or affiliate content and for AI-generated or synthetic media (for example KFTC, FTC, EU DSA and AI Act requirements, and platform labeling policies).
• Intellectual-property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, designs, and trade dress of the products, brands, music, fonts, and imagery involved.
• Rights of publicity, privacy, portrait, and personal-data rules for any person who appears in or is referenced by the content.
• The terms of service and community guidelines of every platform where the content is published.
• The acceptable-use policies of the AI model providers whose output you use.

Revelio provides drafts and automated hints (for example readiness notes, disclosure suggestions, claim-risk flags, and product-consistency checks). These are convenience features only. They are not legal advice, they are not exhaustive, and they do not shift any responsibility to Revelio. Where the Service does not block a request, that is not an indication that the request or its output is lawful or compliant.

The Service only enforces technical limits (for example prompt length, missing product images, provider availability, and provider content policies). Within those technical limits you may create any content you choose, and you accept full responsibility for it.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unintentionally similar to existing works. Product details, ingredient statements, and claims in generated narration or captions may not be correct even when they were derived from your inputs. You must review every asset before use and verify every factual statement against your own sources.

Third-party model providers may refuse, filter, or alter requests under their own policies. Such refusals are outside Revelio’s control.

As between you and Revelio, you own the assets generated for your account to the extent permitted by law and by the applicable model provider terms. You grant Revelio a limited license to store, process, and display those assets solely to operate the Service for you (including history, previews, downloads, and the read-only MCP integration you enable with your own access tokens).

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVELIO AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY FINES, PENALTIES, TAKEDOWNS, ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR OF GENERATED CONTENT. REVELIO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE CREDITS YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC GENERATION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revelio, its operators, and their affiliates from any claim, demand, investigation, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your inputs, from content generated at your direction, or from your publication or use of that content in breach of this notice or of applicable law.

Keep your sign-in, API tokens, and MCP tokens confidential; actions taken with them are attributed to you. Credits are consumed per completed provider call as shown in the Service; failed generations are not charged and reserved amounts are released. Revelio may suspend accounts that violate this notice or the policies of its providers. Purchases and refunds are covered in section 9.

Credits can be purchased inside the Service and are priced and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., including through Link; Revelio does not receive or store your full card details. Purchased credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and can be used only within the Service.

• Purchased credits that have already been used, in whole or in part, are non-refundable.
• Credits granted free of charge, including the sign-up trial credits, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Partial refunds of a purchase are not provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the credits it added are removed from your account to the extent they have not been used.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement. To ask about a payment, contact dev@hypercape.com.

Revelio may update this notice. The "last updated" date below changes when it does, and continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about this notice, payments or refunds can be sent to dev@hypercape.com.
